Focusing on user experience and automation, PriceSpider provides more options for brands to manage their sellers, enforce their MAP policy, and protect their brand.
PriceSpider customers already have the most advanced MAP monitoring and price protection solution available. Now, current and future customers will enjoy MAP Guard’s new features. The new features include a First to Violate tool that shows who violated the price change first and a Case Messaging Center that allows customers to contact sellers directly. In addition to the new features, PriceSpider is now offering a Retailer Discovery Report, helping brands identify which sellers are selling their product, and through which online channels they are selling from.

First to Violate Tool
The First to Violate tool shows users who violated their MAP first. It also shows users who followed the first offender and how quickly other offenders followed. Users will be able to dynamically adjust the dates to identify who was the first offender within that specified period, as the system automatically calculates which seller was the first to violate within a specified date range.
Case Messaging Center
The Case Messaging Center allows users to contact sellers directly through the MAP Guard portal. When contacting the violator, the user has the option to attach a screen shot of the violation to the email. Users will also have the ability to save seller contact information and utilize violation templates to speed up workflow.
Retailer Discovery Report
With access to thousands of sellers, PriceSpider’s new Retailer Discovery Report provides visibility outside of a customer's immediate channels. Brand manufacturers will now be able to see which unauthorized sellers are selling their product, the price they are selling their product for, and through which online channels they’re selling from.
